Conversations with one self

Do you ever just stop and talk to yourself? I do..almost everyday. I get the answers I want, if I just sound them off myself.

So first and foremost Ry and #3 are tucked into my bed right now sick. So we are praying that they will both only have it for twenty four hours and then be on the mend. If not, I am already calling in the missionaries to offer #3 a blessing. I am going to nip this bad boy in the bud. I am sure they would more then offer one to Ry...if he was willing to take it!

I spent a great weekend with my big brother. I absolutely love him! And I love that he lives minutes away..and that my family is going to be just down the road here soon! I love how my brother spends the time to cuddle my girls and say wonderful things to them.

Then today was a day filled with great friends and sports. I mean basically purely amazing, minus two people throwing up in my house.

Speaking of the missionaries...I have to say I am SO blessed that when I was looking for a spiritual home, God delivered something that I could never have imagined! I wonder just what took me SO long. But I guess my heart needed to be ready. Also too, I could have never imagined the gifts that came along with finding a spiritual home!

Okay...so in a few days..my niece turns 18. Actually it is my second niece, and I just can't believe it! I remember the day that Kaipo was born. It's pretty amazing when you stop to think, just where did eighteen years go?

Anyway...tons of blah blah blah...so I am outty!

Weekend crazy

I remember a life with just one child. When at nine pm, I wasn't begging for my pillow.  HOw I could sleep in on Saturdays.  How making breakfast was easy enough for her to do it herself!  How easy compared to now! Now this is no way a poor me I have three kids post. No way! If it was up to me, I would have a house filled with five children plus and so busy that sleeping becomes a thing I have to schedule in.  But I often like to sit back and just remember how life was with a child who could pour her own milk for cereal and knew how to turn on the tv and computer without assistance from me.
Now days I find myself running into situations like this...

Soccer spilled across my living room floor!

Or situation where my dishwasher is just TOO small!

Or when my children roll their eyes at me!

Or tell me they can't go to bed till after this set mom!

Ah, the girls in my house make life just SO much fun!

This Saturday is no exception to the crazyness that is my life.  Soccer pictures...primary activities..soccer games, a car wash, plus a friend sleeping over, is enough to set anyone off the rails onto the crazy train....(sorry we have been playing ALOT of guitar hero)  but I love it.

Now I do absolutely enjoy the calm that comes over my house around nine.  When all my chicks are tucked into their beds!  It is just in time for me to go to bed.  I miss the football games on Friday nights..and nights out at Mai Tai's with my friends.  Even the great thing it would be to be able to sleep pass seven thirty on a sleep in day...but my trade off is I get to spend as many moments with these three piglets as they let me!

Rare moments

A rare moment in the Malama-Auger household!  A picture with everyone!  The girls needed to have a family picture for Church.  And only because it was Keri, I really even cared about getting it to her!  So we set up the camera, thank goodness for tripods and timers!  I am not sure what number this was..but it did take a few clicks!  AND as a bonus, Ry is smiling!
And since everyone was in picture mode we headed outside!

fun days!

Oh boy..we in trouble!

Yes this is my #1. And to think we have two behind her! She is AMAZING. I never could have ever imagined being so close to my daughter. My mom and I are BFF's..but to think that I am so blessed to have her, it often brings me to tears. Anyone who knows her knows that she is a superstar of a daughter. A blessing everyday!

It's the most wonderful time of the year

What time you ask...It's March Madness Baby!

Now if you didn't say it like Dick, then you just don't get college basketball!

Now basketball, sports in general, have been in my life since conception. I am actually born in the midst of boys basketball season. My grandma told my mom she could not go to the game because I she might go into labor....and tada, Grandma Emma was right. But weeks old I attended my first basketball game! Easily said my family is a sports family! Baseball, soccer, football, it didn't really matter!

This year has been an exciting college season! My MENS final four.....

West: Memphis
Midwest: Louisville
East: Pittsburgh
South: I am praying it's Gonzaga...but I think it might be UNC. If that toe of his can stay strong we can see. But there is nothing like a tournament to really test how much pain you can endure in your pursuit of a title.

My womens
UCONN
Tennessee..you can't fight a history
UNC
Louisville

I think it's Tennesse to take it all. It's going to be a tough road. But we will see how much I know. I really haven't watched much girls ball all season. Those dang kids of mine taking up my tv time. My word!

Okay..I have to run..my house is a pure mess..since I lost an entire day!

Blessings and St. Patricks Day

Today was car accident day. My poor Camry is at the repair shop..BUT everyone and their cousin from church called me. It was pretty amazing to be reminded that I just joined the greatest family ever! Plus I got hit on the driver side, directly on my tire. A few feet to the left, would have been #2's leg. Easily said, I am blessed. There were a few other things that happened today, but I am not going to get into the 100 things that happened because of prayer today.

With all that said...
Happy St. Patrick's Day! I am not Irish, but my girlie's are...So we try and embrace every piece of their ethnicity! So my girls get Girls Day, a Japanese tradition, Chinese New Year, Cinco De Mayo...I am sure I could list a few more that they get to partake in!

So as for today...I am just going to smile and be thankful and know that prayer is amazing!

Spa Days, Baptisms, and the whirlwind that is our lives

First and most important...Tyra and I were baptized on Friday the 13th.  Oh Spooky.  Just kidding.  And I have to say, it was amazing.  The overall experience was outstanding.  I promise I am not going to get into my whole religious experience..but my testimony is strong.  At least right now.  I am so thankful for a great Church family..and rockstar missionaries.  Just don't tell them.  Their heads might get big!  Totally kidding...

So if have ever met my #2, you would not be surprised by her request for a Spa Day for her birthday party.  Luckily with just seven girls, and a husband who was so helpful, it went perfectly.  Two moms decided to stay, answering my prayer for help, and life was perfect.  Everyone seemed to have fun..and most importantly #2 loved every minute of it!
Remember I told you about the cake.  It was almost too cute to cut.  But Ry took care of that!
Then there was Guitar Hero!
Presents
Oh and for Church we needed a family picture.  Ry was not awake Sunday morning..so we tried to get a few without him
We have too much fun with cameras!

Either way this week has been a totally reminder of just how blessed I am!
Whatever happens..all I know is that..I have the best parents EVER!
Three of the most precious daughters!
An awesome Church family!
And a peace in my heart, that I can't even start to describe!
Blog you later!

I have been blog sucking

Sorry. As of late, I sorta feel like my life has been sucked into this tornado that is called my life. Not complaining about it really...but it has been so busy..and besides the day to day things, there really hasn't been anything to blog about.

I hurt my eye. Which REALLY was stupid! Let's just say peanut shell meets right eye..not a good situation!

I had dinner out with friends...LOVED IT! I can't wait for more sushi!!!

And the rest has just been the here and there of it all.

I have tons of videos to share..whenever blogger can get off it's ass and load at a normal rate!

blog you later
