A long pause

Sometimes it is just easier to leave the past in the past and head up and move forward. So here we are. The girls are doing great!  Mom was here for a visit. We can't wait for her to move here. The girls and I miss her tons but in time things will If iron out. Either way it was a great time!  They had ice cream and hung with Gramm.

Sometimes my heart puffy up and tears flow freely. It often happens when my kids or kids I love just as if they were my own accomplish something or just turn out to be something amazing. these girls, well minus Jordan, have played together for years. I love that they have friendships that hopefully will span the test of time, boys, different schools and everything else middle school and high school will through there way. I hope senior night I am able to still post this same picture with the label of best friends! okay of course I am already crying.

Sometimes it's just about the simple things

This weekend our home soccer club hosted a huge tournament. None of my girls played in it but of course all of them were required to attend. I love that my kids somehow avoid being bored. the things they find to do always make me smile. They build forts and work on their shot. I love seeing them just having zero direction fun!!!

Rehab three times a week.  A trip to the doctors tomorrow so that we can schedule her surgery.

It's been a very tough month.  Tyra was hurt on 9/8 and everything has been progressing slowly, but surely.  So it is a very trying time in our happy home.  Soccer tryouts start today...so it is another hurdle that we have to push through.  But most of our days end like this

So as things keep seeming like the world around us are slowly crumbling....the faith of a GREAT Conference weekend makes the world wash clean....
