Days I remember

You know often times I think about blogging.  It is normally when I am in the midst of busing children from here to there...but i do think about you blogging world.  I feel there are so many things happening..when am I suppose to find the acutally few minutes to blog.  SO bugsy had her molars pulled...so it was a forced holiday...

Catching up would be impossible..so let's just start from here...

The girls are amazingly happy!  We just came out of the first nine weeks with all As and Bs.  So with things are crazy as they are..I will take it!  We have a plan to fix things that needed to be fixed..and really I am content with that for today.

Hmmmm....Kalei had her first homecoming dance!  It was simple..and i loved it.  Minimal hair and make up and lucky for me, she's always looking fantastic so it was easy.  I do have to see that child has the very best cheesing smile!  Her happiness always fills my heart!  I also call her my crash test dummy.  I guess it comes with being the oldest.  I am so blessed to have her!  It's funny how every so often I see her having this struggle mentally.  It will be something like, getting up early cause her sisters play at 9.30.  Mentally she knows that it is her obligation (which she enjoys) as the big sister to attend all her sisters games that are possible...but sometimes her blankets want to hold her captive!  But every weekend like a good sister, she is out of bed dressed and ready!  I totally love it.  She's so amazing!  She wants for all but barely ask for anything.  She has always been the go with the punches kind of girl.  It's funny...because she was totally the problem pregnancy..infant..toddler.  I had problems till the day I delivered her.  She had to be breast feed.  She needed cloth diapers...she didn't eat..she was fussy.  She would fight...all these things..but now it's almost like I hear soft music playing in the background of her life!  I have to say I was a nightmare at 16! 

Then there is Traysea...she is now a 9 year old rocking her contacts.  She loves wearing sunglasses and actually being able to see the ball in soccer.  Her skills are amazing!  She's smart and unhealthy naturally driven!  She pushes herself for perfection and worries about everything.  Many days end with Traysea just be 9!  But she can't help that she comes by that honestly!  Some days she is difficult to manage, and then other days you just see past it all.  She always fashion forward..she is my favorite dress up doll and shopping partner!  The other day we were holding hands..and she stops to tell me, mom thanks for doing all you do.  When i grow up, I want to be the center of my children's world too.  Of course there were tears.  But what 9 year old says stuff like that.  I love how hair parts to the right in the front.  and it is so easy to clip back.  I love how she pulls the most asian of all my girls.  She often makes a face that reminds me of my aunties and grandma.  I wish she knew them better. 

Nanea is always Nanea.  Ever free spirited wide open as possible.  I love that the most about her.  But it is also what I can't stand about her!  She so scattered and running on 10 all the time it sometimes makes me crazy!  I love her voice and the pureness that is her.  She is also sneaky and I think the best combination of Ryan and I.  She is my mini me though.  And over time I have learned to embrace it.  She srunches up her nose just the same way I do.  And she can't help but say what she thinks that I do also.  She has this love hate relationship with being the baby. Most days I think she would rather be loved on then responsible.  She is my hardest one.  Not hard like in a the bad sense..but hard in the the fact that she keeps you on your toes.  You always have to be proactive and plan ahead when it comes to her.  And luckily I know my children well enought hat I have blessed to know there needs! 

Well it's noon and Nanea is starving...plus i bubbled long enough.  I promise to be better here.  Blogging was always a way I could send unflitered thoughts out..but have something to read a million years later to remind me and make me smile.   I need to make this blog that tool for me again. 

All in all though, we are happy.  House is a mess..millions things need to be put away..laundry needs to get done...but with all of it..we are happy...

Let's just start from here

Hi happy family:

So easily said it has been forever...and I guess we could on and on about how we got here and where the time went....but for the sake of it all..let's just start from today...

Happy Father's day to the best set of "dad" a family could ask for!  We are truly blessed with so much love and affection, my cup often runs over! 

So I guess it's most important to start from right now...

We are into summer and I think everyone is loving it.  The younger piglets have started at a new summer program...but thanks to Stevie and Hope, the girls have adjusted nicely.

Thing 1 is adjusting into her summer chill/work out schedule!  She's a mess, but I SO love her! 

Tonight, she is suppose to go on an "official" date.  I don't know just how I am feeling about all that.  Most of you know my #1 and she is pretty rockstar, but I am just not comfortable with this whole transition.  I know i know, she's 15 ron, you are going to have to get over it.  So luckily, I played the church standard card, and I get to ride along as supervision.  So I am sure there will be more of that to come.

WOW where has the time gone

WOW!  I wasn't sure that my blog was still going to work..but here it is..just waiting for me to find my way back to him....

So where are we...whats going on?  Well the girls and I have transplanted ourselves into the heart of the island.  We are now back to island dwellers leaving a skips throw from the beach!  We love it.  I am minutes from work, tyra blocks from school..and the two piglets are going to finish out the year at their current school. 

So things were rocky for awhile, but I have to say I am blissfully divorced.  Of course the dealing with the Ryan situation has not gone away, but the have to live in the same house has!  And again, blissful it is! 

Hmmm, what else...work is amazing...the girls are amazing..and life is just moving along.  I often stop and see just how we made it.  For sure it is all the blessings in our lives.  They come in the form of jobs, settings, and most importantly people!  I would not have made it one day through this entire process without the love hearts and amazingness of my friends!  It's interesting to see just how you are able to cut away the "fat" and come to see just who are the most important people in our lives.  I have friends that I love probably more then some of my family. 

So with that being said, I finally have use of a computer that I do not have to password protect...AND an iphone that I now longer have to lock either.  It was amazing to just be able to unlock my phone and not have to key in my four digit passcode.  Freedom...wonderful...


So what besides that I will get back to posting on an every week basis in the least!!!  Be ready to be overwhelmed with pictures...

So I should be in the midst of soccer registration...but i needed a break..so i decided to blog...

A- My AIR CONDITIONER is set on: 70!!!  Florida summers SUCK!

B- My BEDROOM theme is: right..as if i had one...right now..Im just happy i can see the top of my bed
C- The CAR in the driveway ...oh we don't have a drive way...but if i did..it would be the van...and it would be in the garage

D- My DESK looks: like someone just dropped everything soccer related on it.

E- The EXACT time I wake up daily is: 605....ugh that alarm

F- The FIRST thing I wash in the shower is my hair or my face...depends

G- My GARAGE is filled with crap.  It's purely storage right now
H- My HOUSE is: a holy crappy mess.  Thats what i get for being gone every weekend in July.

I- If you peeked INSIDE my bedroom see me working on soccer stuffs

J- My favorite JUICE is: vitamin water...its juice sorta right...okay okay  guava juice

K- The best part of my KITCHEN is: Ahi...he lives there

L- The LAST person who visited my home was: Nat brat

M- The last piece of MAIL for me was: A check in the mail...

N- My NEIGHBORS think i have the dog from HELL

O- If you OPENED my fridge you'd see: jello and yogurt

P- My last house PARTY was: almost a year ago...i can't wait till we move!

Q- A QUICK meal I like to fix is: pasta and sauce..love it

R- My favorite ROOM of the house is: in this house....hmmm my bed i guess

S- The SHAMPOO brand I use is: pert or coconut lovely

T- My largest TELEVISION is: at someone elses house..cause he wont share

U- UNDER my bed you will find: the carpet

V- The last time I VACUUMED was: last week

W- Looking out my WINDOW I see: the pond and frogs

X- I wish I had X-TRA: time. to be the mother i use to be

Y- My YARD is: gone..but i will have one in a few weeks

Z- ZZZZZZZ My bedtime is: when ever i fall asleep.

The heres nor theres

With summer trotting along...somehow we have been just as busy.  I think my family thrives on the going.  It could be the home we currently have, or the places in our lives the girls and I are at..but things are crazy..

I thought, that I better jot down a few things about this year....I don't want to forget..

I want to remember....how amazing Tyra is.  School, soccer, friends, and being my go to girl, she balances it all.  I love how at 14, soon to be 15, I trust her so much.  I pray that this time, next year, I can say the same thing.  She is about to return to traditional school, and start her high school left...

Today you love food.  You love soccer, and you love just hanging out.  You love anime, going to the movies, and your new iphone.  

You hate waking up early, sleeping next to someone, kisses.  You still let me call you baby girl and you still say you love me in public.  You are weird and fun, and we always have fun together...I want to remember the friendship that we have, right now, and hope that it can span eternity. 

I want to remember...how great you are at EVERYTHING Traysea.  How things seem so easy for you.  How at the age of 8, you seem to be able to do anything.  How you want to dream big, and are willing to work hard to get there.  I love that you are such a super athlete.  Quick minded and willing to work twice as hard then anyone else to get what you want.  This year you made honor roll, made the select u11 girls team, and went through a whole bunch of super adorable hair cuts.  

Right now you love piano, your cel phone, soccer, ice cream sandwiches, clothes, and working on your nails.  

I want you to know that everyday you impress me!  Everyday when i think you don't have anything left, you somehow find it inside and can push it to the surface.  I love it!

I want to remember everything about you Bug.  I want to remember the adorable freckles under your left eye.  I want to remember your amazingly awesome personality.  I want to remember how you are often reserved at first, then break into your comfort zone.  I want to remember how you battle with being the baby and growing up.  I want to remember you with curls everywhere.

Right now you hate bedtime, being the baby sister, feeding Logan in the morning, sharing a room with Traysea, and Saturday morning chores.

I love you Nanea.  Everyday I am frustrated with you, just as much as my heart loves you.  You keep things interesting and you say the greatest things.  Know that i love you more then i could ever put into words!

School ended...our performer..and school ends...plus all the stuffs that has been going on!

Easily said, life has been busy. But when is it now when you add my three girls to any mix.

School ended on one very special girls birthday. We told Bug that for her birthday present, we would end school half day!
Traysea had to some hula for school. Go figure, the Hawaiian girl has to do the hula
Tyra got out to participate in the Luau activities! Plus support her baby sister

Tyra decided she would come out and support her sisters on their last day!
and to keep me company!
Then after school, it was time to head to our favorite birthday place
See and Tyra says he hates the rodent! Then....gramms came to town!!!!
Her and Tyra are going on adventure to Washington DC...BUT of course we have to have a birthday dinner
All birthdays run through the OG.
Besides those excitements, life has been sorta settled. With soccer season over, things seem to be running like normal...
But that is all going to change in about five weeks. #1 and #2 will be on traveling teams..and bugsy will be playing on a different team. SO yes, I will have three girls on three different teams. UGH..life as a single parent is going to get pretty crazy! But im a lucky girls with handfuls of people to help me!
More later..we are off to the roller rink! It's Bugsy's birthday party WEEKEND!

Just where have I been....

Most days you can find me at the soccer field...located on Bailey Road..there on Amelia Island...here in fantastic Fernandina Beach Florida..


So updates....Traysea is 8....a member of the church..and the most adorable eight year old a mom could imagine. She's amazing..I could go on and on about her....but her birthday party is this weekend..and we are super excited.


hmmm...oh soccer season started..and is in full swing...my days consist of working..then someone in some shape or form must get to practice. Bugs and Tray monday and wednesday. Kalei tuesday and thursday...and Friday Saturday or Sunday is game days. Some where in between all that sleeping happens.

hmmm...whatelse..oh i started working..and I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my job. So that's awesome! It's on the island..another awesomeness.....

hmmmmm...Mom will be here in a week. If you were right here you would see me doing the happy dance. She will be here through Easter into spring break..I have to say I just can't wait!
